Meet the Peer Wellness Coaches
Sanjana (she/her/hers)
I became a Peer Wellness Coach so that I could provide support to my fellow CU students as we all navigate the new experiences that come with being a college student. Having struggled with my own health and wellbeing, I am an advocate for overall health awareness and resources and believe that support and connection are crucial aspects of our lives. I am especially passionate about sexual health education and harm reduction.
Andrew (he/him/his)
I became a peer wellness coach because I found my transition to college to be a difficult process; both academically and in terms of wellbeing. I was not aware of the many resources and help available on campus. I would like to support students who are struggling at university as well as be an advocate for health, wellbeing, and academic success. Outside of school, I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, camping, and martial arts.
Carolina Loa (she/her/hers)
As a first generation Latina at CU Boulder, I found the transition to college to be very difficult. I became a peer wellness coach so I can help students who are struggling academically or with their overall wellness and locate resources that can help them. I really enjoy meeting and helping people in any way possible. My hobbies include playing volleyball and tennis, hiking and watching movies.
Connor (he/him/his)
I became a peer wellness coach because I am passionate about helping others be the best version of themselves. I also want to help show people all the different resources that CU has to offer because I know when I was a freshman I was very overwhelmed with all the resources available.
