Fall Teaching, Learning, and Technology Conference

Fall Conference

Message from the Fall Conference Planning Team:
On behalf of the entire CTL-OIT Fall Conference planning team, we sincerely apologize for scheduling our Fall Teaching, Learning, and Technology conference to conflict with the Yom Kippur holiday on Oct. 2. This was a careless and inadvertent scheduling error on our part. We are deeply committed to fostering an inclusive campus community and regret this mistake and the impact it may have on members of our community who observe the holiday. We are arranging to record most or all conference sessions (with presenters’ permission) to ensure that those who are not able to join us Oct. 2 are still able to benefit from the sessions. Thank you for your understanding regarding this unfortunate mistake.

The Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) invite all CU educators and community members to join us for our annual Fall Teaching, Learning, and Technology Conference 2025.

Held over two days, October 2–3, 2025, this hybrid conference will take place at the Center for Academic Success and Engagement (CASE) and over Zoom. This event will bring together educators and leaders from across campus to discuss strategies and technologies for promoting the engagement and success of all students, with a particular focus on large-enrollment courses.

This year's theme will be Engage Every Learner, and the conference will feature interactive workshops, faculty panels, opportunities to connect around innovative teaching strategies and tools, and networking lunch sessions to meet with units that support campus educators. Sessions will address approaches to active learning and technology integration, equity-minded teaching, and student engagement and success in large courses, as well as supporting educator wellbeing.

Morning refreshments and a catered lunch will be provided each day. Please RSVP by Friday, September 26, if you’d like to join us for lunch on one or both days. Participants are welcome to attend the full conference or drop in for specific sessions based on their interests and availability.

See our exciting lineup of keynote panelistsand schedule below! We hope you’ll join us for this opportunity to learn, connect, and innovate together!

Lastly, if not having access to campus parking is a potential barrier to you attending, please contact the CTL@colorado.edu. We will do our best to assist you with this.
