Should you decide to call us during our hours and we are not able to pick up, it means we are temporarily occupied. Refrain from attempting to call multiple times in a row and simply leave a voicemail or hang up and email us. We assure you that we will get back to you as quickly as possible!

*These communication channels were set up to help field advising- and coaching-related inquiries of a quick, general nature. If you have an advising or coaching inquiry that is specific, complex, and/or in-depth in nature, it is best to contact your assigned Academic Advisor or Academic Coach directly. PARENTS/GUARDIANS: We cannot share any specific information about your student's academic records unless they have a FERPA Consent to Release on file for you. Please ensure that your student has granted you FERPA authorization before reaching out with any specific, complex, and/or in-depth questions about their academic records.
**For your benefit, we strongly recommend email. We find that the vast majority of inquiries we receive are most efficiently answered over email, as it allows us to directly send you links to pertinent information or copy in the most appropriate contact if your inquiry is not addressed by information that is readily available online.
