To ensure efficient assistance:
When emailing or leaving a voicemail, make sure that you clearly identify yourself, clearly state your question/request, and provide any helpful details/context.

A&S AAC phone line: 303-492-0117
We understand the convenience of a phone call and are happy to offer that option, but for your benefit, we strongly recommend email. We find that the vast majority of inquiries we receive are more efficiently addressed over email. Email allows us to send you direct links to pertinent information, or if your inquiry is not addressed by information that is readily available online, we can copy in/forward you to the most appropriate contact.

Please read! Other important notes on the A&S AAC communication channels:

  • These communication channels are monitored by our Administrative Coordinator, who is NOT a trained Academic Advisor. As such, they are intended only to help field advising-related inquiries of a quick, general nature. If your inquiry is specific/complex/in-depth in nature, you should contact your assigned Academic Advisor directly and/or schedule an appointment with them. Contact information for all of our full-time advisors can be found here on the 'Our Team' page.
  • Parents/Guardians: We cannot share any specific information about your student's academic records unless they have a FERPA Consent to Release on file for you. Please ensure that your student has granted you FERPA authorization AND have your authorization phrase ready before you reach out with any kind of specific/complex/in-depth questions about their academic records. Even then, please understand that our Administrative Coordinator may not be equipped to answer such questions and may need to redirect you to your student's assigned Academic Advisor.
