General A&S AAC phone line: 303-492-0117
We are happy to offer the phone option, but we strongly recommend email. Email is the best and fastest way to reach us. We strive to respond to emails within 2 business hours, while calls can take longer to return.

To ensure efficient assistance:
Please make sure that you clearly identify yourself and your relationship to CU Boulder, clearly state your question/request, and provide any helpful details/context. This is especially important if leaving a voicemail.

Please read! Other important notes on these A&S AAC communication channels:

  • These communication channels are monitored by our Administrative Coordinator, who is NOT a trained Academic Advisor. As such, they are intended only to help answer quick, general questions. If you are a current student with a specific/complex/in-depth inquiry, you must connect directly with your assigned Academic Advisor. Contact information can be found here on the 'Our Team' page. Appointment and drop-in availability can be found through Buff Portal Advising.
  • Parents/Guardians: We cannot share any specific information about your student's academic records unless they have a FERPA Consent to Release on file for you. Please ensure that your student has granted you FERPA authorization AND have your authorization phrase ready before you reach out. As indicated above, however, it is best to ask your student to refer you directly to their assigned Academic Advisor if your inquiry is specific/complex in nature.
