One of our top priorities in the College of Arts and Sciences is the health and wellness of our students. As an A&S student, you have access to a variety of health and wellness resources and support.
Meet the arts and sciences health and wellness team
The A&S Health and Wellness team is a dedicated team of liaisons from Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS), Health Promotion (HP) and the Office of Victim Assistance (OVA) who help arts and sciences students get connected with health and wellness services on campus.
CAPS offers a range of mental health services tailored to fit the needs of CU Boulder students. Take advantage of offerings like WellTrack, group therapy, psychiatry, Academic Live Care, Let’s Talk, workshops, short-term individual therapy and more.
CU Boulder Telehealth by AcademicLiveCare (CUTALC) is a telehealth platform that allows you to schedule and attend metal health appointments 24/7 from a smartphone, computer or other mobile device. It’s free for all CU Boulder students. You can schedule virtual visits with licensed psychologists, counselors, psychiatrists or other providers. AcademicLiveCare is not crisis or emergency care.
