Sign up for a Moving Through Trauma yoga workshop

 Pre-register by Jan. 31  Feb. 7–March 13
This free, six-week group is for CU Boulder students who have experienced a traumatic event. Participants will learn innovative coping skills and deepen an understanding of self that will facilitate awareness, grounding and emotional regulation. No yoga experience necessary—all levels and abilities are welcome.

Learn how to make your own street tacos at the first Ralphie's Cooking Basics session of the semester! Signup starts at 5:15 p.m. Space is limited to the first 15 people who sign up. Arrive early and wear closed-toe shoes to participate.
