Using Wardenburg Health Services

Scheduling an appointment

Many services require an appointment to ensure you are seen at the time you prefer. To make an appointment, you can call any of the Wardenburg clinics or schedule online through the MyCUHealth patient portal (log in with your Identikey). Same-day appointments are available for many services.

Checking in

If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork at our check-in kiosks. At all other visits, please be a few minutes early to check in.

Canceling an appointment

Appointments must be canceled by 5 p.m. the business day before your appointment by phone only. Missed appointments and late cancellations will result in a fee.

Payments and billing

An electronic bill will be sent to the patient’s email address on file. Once you’ve received your bill, you can log on to MyCUHealth to view and print your statement and pay your bill online. Payments also can be made in person, by phone or by mail with cash, check or credit card.

Follow-up

MyCUHealth can also be used to securely message with your provider. Reach out with questions or to further discuss your specific health needs through this secure online platform.
