The STUDIO Lab in political science support broader impacts by:

  • Hiring undergraduate students as research assistants to work on faculty-led projects and, in a few cases, Ph.D. student-led projects
  • Soliciting research project proposals from faculty specifically for work about diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Holding socialization and professionalization events for undergraduate students

STUDIO Lab is run in the political science department by faculty with graduate student involvement. STUDIO Lab holds socialization and professionalization events, some of which are open to the larger University community.
