Continuing review reminders will only be sent out 60 and 30 days before expiration.

The IRB Office has updated the Continuing Review tutorial to reflect the change in CR requirements . New CITI training tutorials have been posted as well.

You are no longer required to attach study documents, including any informed consent documents or the protocol document with your Continuing Review submissions. The IRB office maintains copies of all approved study documents in eRA and will reference those documents during the review.

The Panel 2 Meeting submission deadline is March 1, 2012. The Panel 2 meeting will convene on March 15, 2012.

A new guidance document, Students as Research Subjects: How to Avoid Undue Influence and Coercion, has been posted.

The parental permission form has been updated.

An additional IRB Authorization Agreement has been posted. Use this form when another IRB of Record will cede the review to the CU Boulder IRB.

A new informed consent template has been uploaded to the Forms & Templates page.

Based on discussions with IRB staff, panel members, and baresearchers, CU Boulder has provided a response to the ANPRM.
