At the annual State of the Research & Innovation Enterprise presentation—the kick-off event for the 2025 Research & Innovation Week, held Oct. 6 at the Sustainability and Environment Community (SEEC) on East Campus—Senior Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation and Dean of the Institutes Massimo Ruzzene highlighted key accomplishments, initiatives, and insights gained during the last year from the university’s research and innovation enterprise, as well as how the university aims to strengthen its impact in the future and remain resilient in a changing funding landscape.
