The HRP-502: TEMPLATE - Consent Document has been updated. It was revised to include standard language for whom to contact in the event of injury for research conducted at the CTRC. Language pertaining to medical care as a result of a study participation was also modified. You may download the new document in eRA and on the Forms & Templates page.
