Certified Research Administrator (CRA) Training

The Office of Contracts and Grants supports professional development campus-wide in the field of research administration. As part of this effort, OCG organizes and provides study groups, exam preparation, and networking campus-wide to assist research administrators in achieving certification in the field of research administration through the Research Administrators Certification Council. Certification in research administration provides:

     • Professional recognition
     • Personal Satisfaction
     • An indicator of expertise
     • Increased opportunities for employment
     • Advancement opportunities
     • Increased credibility with clients
     • Serve as a role model to others
