Important Changes to Deviation & Reportable Event Submissions

There is a new submission type titled New Information in eRA. The Deviation and Reportable Event submissions types have been replaced by the New Information submission type. Use this submission type to report information that falls into one or more categories outlined under the New Information submission type. Investigators should use HRP-214: FORM - New Information when completing this submission type.
