Adrienne Havelka

Adrienne Havelka (she/they) has had a love for music since a young age. By age 6, she was studying flute and piano privately. Her passion for the arts extends beyond music to include painting, dancing, singing and various crafts.

Havelka moved to Boulder in 2015 to attend the University of Colorado and began working as a box office assistant for CU Presents. In 2019, she was promoted to box office services coordinator and became box office manager in 2023. Most recently, in September 2024, Havelka was appointed director of ticketing and patron services for CU Presents. This progression has deepened her knowledge of arts administration. As director of ticketing and patron services, she oversees the CU Presents Box Office–managing all aspects of ticketing operations, patron relations and revenue for the College of Music (including the Artist Series), the Colorado Shakespeare Festival and CU Theatre and Dance.

Outside of her professional life, Havelka enjoys rock climbing, building Legos, riding motorcycles and spending time with her partner and their cats–whether exploring the outdoors or relaxing with a movie.
