Apply for the Certificate in Arts Administration
The application deadline for fall enrollment in the Graduate Certificate in Arts Administration is June 30.
If you are a CU Boulder College of Music graduate student, please email Associate Dean Margaret Berg (Margaret.Berg@colorado.edu) to declare your interest in the Arts Administration Certificate. These students do not need to apply. Students may register for Arts Administration Certificate courses for elective credit (graduate students outside of the College of Music students must receive approval to register from Associate Dean Margaret Berg).
All CU Boulder graduate students enrolled in a theatre or dance degree program and non-degree students must apply for the Arts Administration Certificate.
Students applying for the certificate must have either:
- An undergraduate degree in an arts or humanities discipline; or
- A bachelor’s degree in any other discipline plus at least three years of professional experience working in an arts organization.
If you are a non-degree seeking student, you must receive permission to enroll in classes from the faculty director of the arts administration program: Associate Dean for Graduate Studies Margaret Berg, Margaret.Berg@colorado.edu.
