Uncertain times can lead to changes in lifestyle. During this session, participants will be able to physically see, through a quick drawing, what their work-life balance looks like. Participants will experience a mindfulness exercise to create a more sustainable work-life balance. Participants will be able to explore the changes they would like to make to their work-life balance and integrate them for the future.
