How does CU Boulder define inclusive excellence?

Campus Definition for Inclusive Excellence

Inclusive Workplace Community of Practice

CU Boulder recognizes that a holistic learning experience in higher education includes both classroom and working experiences, so our goal is to make both environments proactively inclusive. The conversations taking place in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement's (ODECE) Inclusive Workplace Community of Practice are meant to be “brave spaces” where faculty, staff and students can talk honestly about areas of concern and practice techniques for making excellence inclusive in lived experiences
