Organization & Employee Development (OED) provides training and facilitation for individuals and intact teams throughout the Boulder campus. Our courses range from leadership development to workplace skills, and are designed to build skills and knowledge in workplace trends and needs. Our Organization Development Specialists provide a range of services including strategic planning, problem solving, retreat design and facilitation, team development, and conflict resolution.
