Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

  • Good: You are in good standing.
  • Warning: You are currently in your warning semester, but are still eligible to receive financial aid.
  • Suspended: Financial aid has been suspended for the current semester. An appeal may be submitted if you have extenuating circumstances.
  • Probation: Your SAP appeal has been approved and you are in your probationary period.
  • Contact Us: Please contact our office for specific information about your aid status.

Credits and Enrollment Status

To receive most types of financial aid, students must be enrolled at least half time in a degree-seeking program every semester. If your enrollment status changes or you fail to attend classes for which you registered, your financial aid may be adjusted. We will email you if an adjustment is made. Learn more about adjustments to financial aid.

  • Credits Enrolled in for (specific term): The amount of credits hours you are enrolled in that count toward financial aid.
  • Enrollment Status (for aid purposes): The level you are currently enrolled at for financial aid purposes.
