Federal Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans (Stafford Loans)

The University of Colorado-Boulder participates in the William D. Ford Direct Loan program (Direct Loans). The lender is the U.S. Department of Education rather than a bank or other financial institution. You are automatically considered for a Direct Loan after submitting your FAFSA if you are enrolled at least half-time.
