Curiosity Lab

Exploring

These year-round, virtual workshops and resources can be a helpful place to start exploring by introducing you to a wide range of opportunities. Registration is open to prospective, transfer, incoming and current undergraduates (as well as the staff and faculty supporting them on the CU Boulder campus).

Purpose and Format

All workshops are hosted on Zoom and last approximately 30 minutes.  Sessions are designed to support students at any stage of their undergraduate career—and with any level of experience. Each workshop begins with a brief topical presentation and follows with student-centered discussions driven by the needs of participants. Participants can register at any time, using the form linked on this page.  Reminders about upcoming sessions are sent to all registered participants, who may join any topic of interest.  Resources will be sent to all registered participants after each session.

2025 Summer Series

Registration is open, and we warmly welcome you to add your name to the list—whether you're a prospective, transfer, incoming or current undergraduate (or a staff or faculty member supporting students on the CU Boulder campus). We'll be adding sessions and details throughout the summer. Everyone registered will receive updates, reminders and resources. If you'd like to highlight a program, resource or have an idea for a topic, contact us about planning a session.

Curiosity Lab Resources

We invite you to take advantage of these resources as you reflect, connect and engage on your own timeline.

You can start anywhere, but we encourage you to take some time to reflect on your interests and experiences as you explore. Understanding and owning your strengths can help you build the confidence to connect and engage, which can be an intimidating process and easily overwhelm even those with impressive academic records. Don't opt-out before you start, and don't hesitate to reach out as you have questions.
