We issue student and faculty grants differently, so recipients should be attentive to the unique payment process for their awarded grant type and mark their calendars with the dates included in the timeline below. All recipients, regardless of grant type, should accept or decline offers using the unique link included in their decision notices as soon as possible.

Individual Conference Travel Grants

We don't issue payments in December to give finance teams time for end-of-year tasks. Plan accordingly.

Group Conference Travel Grants

We transfer Group Conference Travel funds as soon as possible after awards are issued, but the exact transfer date depends on the availability of our finance team.
