Help BVSD high schoolers plant trees on Earth Day

Getting Involved Sustainability Campus Community
Masters of the Environment students at CU are partnering with the city of Boulder and Boulder Valley School District to plant 1,200 saplings on April 22. Help out by getting a tree planted on your property, or sign up to volunteer. The deadline to order a tree is March 30.

Tree dedication March 31 to memorialize victims

General Events & Exhibits
A ceremonial planting will be held at the site of a new memorial tree in honor of the 10 community members who lost their lives in the 2021 shooting at King Soopers. The tree is a catalpa, a large shade tree that offers heart-shaped leaves, beautiful spring flowers and unique, persistent fruit.
