A student-led advisory board has set up a crowdfunding campaign to raise money for McNeill Academic Program students to pursue unpaid or low-paying internships. The initiative prevents students from having to turn down good career opportunities. It is a mission of the program to retain underrepresented students and provide a variety of resources and opportunities that are not readily available for those who historically have been disadvantaged.
