The Faculty Teaching Excellence Program (FTEP) lineup for Spring 2020 symposia has been announced. The symposia are workshops on instructional design and instructor development. Campus colleagues provide evidence-based tools to strengthen teaching and learning, as well as opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration. This spring’s symposia cover a variety of topics, such as flipped classrooms, team-based learning, and teaching large introductory classes.

Starting this spring, FTEP workshops will no longer require pre-registration; just show up the day of! Additionally, as part of FTEP’s transition into the Center for Teaching and Learning, the symposia are now open to all classroom instructors. If you are teaching or expect to start teaching soon, put a few of the symposia on your calendar today.
