CU Boulder has joined the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD), a national training and mentoring community that provides professional development benefits to faculty, postdocs and graduate students.
The center is dedicated to supporting faculty members, postdocs and graduate students, and ensuring they make successful transitions throughout their careers, according to Robert Boswell, vice chancellor for the Office of Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement (ODECE).
“This is a great opportunity for our campus community to reap the benefits of a nationally recognized professional development community for those working in higher education,” Boswell said. “I encourage all faculty members, postdocs and graduate students to avail themselves of these resources, which will support career success in academia and more mindful and inclusive teaching practices within our CU Boulder community.”
