Advance screening: Game Night
Join Program Council for a free screening of Game Night, starring Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams, before it hits the theaters. Pick up your movie passes in the Program Council office (UMC 401). Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the movie starts at 8 p.m.
Three Minute Thesis Competition
Want to see what it's like to describe a multi-year project in just three minutes? Stop by the UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom 3–5 p.m. for the Three Minute Thesis Competition, where graduate students will lay out the basics of their research to a panel of judges for a chance to win research funds.
The DISH
Looking for more "veggie-forward" dishes in the campus dining halls? Stop by the C4C Dining Center 6–7 p.m. for this month's DISH event. Campus dietitian/nutritionist Allison Butler will lead the session and take you on a guided tour of the C4C Dining Center, where you can sample some of the delicious vegetarian dishes available at lunch and dinner. No need to sign up, just show up.
Buff Talks: “Inside Tips for Teaching Abroad”
If you have always dreamed of living in another country and experiencing new cultures, then teaching abroad is one way to achieve that goal. From 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the C4C Abrams Lounge, learn some tips from experts who have taught around the world on how you, too, can land a job abroad.

Go hear Academy Award, Golden Globe, Emmy and Grammy-winning actor and musician Common speak at Macky Auditorium at 7 p.m. Check with the Cultural Events Board if you don't already have tickets.
CU Student Government elections info sessions
Are you thinking about running for Student Government? Attend the info session for potential candidates at 10 a.m. in UMC 425 to learn about what it’s like to be a student body president, including the benefits, the time commitment and how you can make an impact on CU Boulder’s growing campus. Spring elections are open to all students (undergraduate and graduate) of all majors.

Chili Pots
Head to the Cultural Unity & Engagement Center in the C4C for Chili Pots from noon to 1:30 p.m. This informal get-together provides an atmosphere where students and staff can take a small break and refuel during the day with chili, corn bread and lemonade.
Return of the River movie screening
Join the Environmental Center at 5:30 p.m. in HUMN 135 for a viewing of the award-winning documentary Return of the River. The film covers the fight to set a river free ... and replenish the life and livelihoods supported by the beautiful Elwha. After the movie, there will be a discussion about local water issues and rights, and free food.
