Built upon the geographic and geometric information the GIS, CAD & Document Management team maintains, the Office of Space Optimization collects and manages the following space attribute data:
- Square footage
- Organizational Occupancy
- Location category and type
- Functionalization designation (formerly cost pool)
- These are the core data attributes we maintain, but also have some others including but not limited to: principal investigator by location, employees in locations, room capacities, etc.
