Step 1: If you would like to close a protocol, please email the IACUC office iacucoffice@colorado.edu and indicate that the research is no longer active and state if there are any animals that remain. If any animals do remain, ensure that they are being provided standard care.
Step 2: You must also submit a renewal through eProtocol elements and select 'close the protocol' at any time during the lifespan of your protocol if you wish to close the protocol.
