Recognition Badges

A recognition badge is a digital representation of a learning outcome, competency or other learning experience that is rooted in meaningful recognition, but that isn't an appropriate fit for a micro-credential. 

Recognition badges maintain the same properties as the digital badges used for micro-credentials, including metadata for sharing context about the recognition, skills tags and the option to attach evidence.
