The PLCers who serve on the student staff are especially dedicated to the success and betterment of the program. They fullfill many roles and range from sophomores to fifth-year seniors. These students have identified the ways in which they feel they can best serve and give back to the program. Though these positions vary in purpose and intensity, all suppport the day-to-day success of the program and the sustainability of the program's legacy.
Sophomores, juniors, and seniors can apply to fill one of many different positions as a PLC Student Staff. Positions are both semester and year-long commitments depending on assignment. Students can receive between $500 - $4000 for their commitment to the job/experience for the academic year.

Students on PLC Student Staff are enrolled in PRLC 2930, a 1-3-credit internship course. Students are held accountable for their performance on staff each semester and receive letter grades that are factored into their academic GPA. The course meets once a week, Tuesdays from 8:00-9:15AM LBB 155. Minutes are taken at each meeting and reports are made available to the larger PLC community to maintain transparency throughout the program.
