PLC Program Pillars

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

 

  • Engage with a rigorous academic curriculum designed to challenge you and promote your intellectual and personal growth.

  • Experience an interdisciplinary program exploring leadership from multiple, cutting-edge, and modern perspectives.

  • Receive a leadership studies minor (LSM) with an additional capstone course.

  • Develop strong communication skills, which are crucial for effective leadership in all areas of study.

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

 

  • Participate in unique opportunities for practical leadership through the Applied Leadership Experiences (ALE) process and course, Deep Dive excursions, service, and more.

  • Take advantage of an experiential learning model for critical reflection, sense-making, and real-world application of experiences.

  • Engage in real-world leadership experiences supported by PLC resources on and off campus.

COMMUNITY & NETWORKING
