On Friday, Sept. 17—under a perfect, bluebird sky—the CU Boulder College of Music celebrated the long-anticipated ribbon-cutting and dedication of the new expansion of our Imig Music Building! "We are home," said doctoral student Raul Dominguez in his remarks to enthusiastic attendees comprising students, faculty, staff, alumni, and supporters and friends of the College of Music. Additional remarks—including from Chancellor Philip DiStefano and College of Music Dean John Davis—plus spirited performances made for a memorable community event. • 2021 Campus Culture Survey, Oct. 18-Nov. 21: all students, staff and faculty are invited to participate in this survey which will help CU Boulder gain insights into how employee and student experiences differ based on aspects of identity. Survey data will inform the Inclusion, Diversity and Excellence in Academics (IDEA) Plan, CU Boulder’s blueprint for building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive campus community.
