Student Hourly Hiring Request Form

Please fill out form to set up a new student employee.  Please include a written job description and pay rate. Here are the student job descriptions and pay rates.  If you are hiring a graduate student who has a 50% appointment then you and the student need to do a overload petition.  The student can only work an additional five hours per week with the overload petition.
