CU Linguistics Departmental Teaching Intensives
GRoW and Other CU Linguistics Departmental Workshops
Department-specific graduate teacher training and development workshops will be planned throughout the year. When available, information about each workshop will be communicated via email. In addition, it will be posted on the Graduate Research and Resource Workshop (GRoW) webpage.
GRoW is a social and professional development weekly meeting space for graduate students in the CU Boulder Linguistics Department. In addition to providing space for pedagogical discussion, GRoW is also a space where graduate students can share writing or a presentation for feedback, write with accountability, and maintain a social connection. The GRoW website also houses a calendar, which lists not only linguistics department events (in blue), but also events put on by the Center for Teaching and Learning, Interdisciplinary Training in the Social Sciences, Office of Information Technology, Center for Research Data and Digital Scholarship, and the CU libraries, as well as upcoming CFPs for conferences in the broader linguistics discipline. Contact Rebecca Lee for more information about GRoW.
