The purpose of tHRive is to build involvement and a sense of belonging by empowering HR staff to develop and implement opportunities that lead to a stronger connection to the department and CU Boulder.

Roles & Responsibilities of tHRive Committee Members

   Assess the needs of HR staff 

   Generate Ideas for events and opportunities 

   Plan the events and opportunities (not host)

   Coordinate involvement from all of HR in the implementation of events and opportunities

   Oversee the tHRive budget

   Engage HR Leadership to ensure tHRive priorities are aligned with the organization's mission and goals

   Liaison with your center of excellence colleagues to share updates and seek feedback

   Representation from all Centers of Excellence within HR are represented on the committee

   Committee members serve one year with the option to continue serving for an additional year
