Find your community and connect: Join an FSAP Group!
Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is one of CU Boulder’s standout perks, providing free, comprehensive mental, emotional, and psychological resources to the campus community. They offer a wide range of supportive groups, confidential counseling, and classes for CU Boulder faculty and staff.
FSAP is here to support your mental health and overall well-being. Kick off the new year by connecting and finding community with one of their groups!
Groups are clinician-led and designed to provide faculty and staff with a supportive, nonjudgmental space to connect with peers who share similar challenges or experiences. Groups can help individuals find a sense of belonging, build commonalities, and strengthen their sense of self and well-being.
This spring, FSAP is offering four multi-weeklong groups:
- The Couple Connection: Tools for a Stronger Relationship (Feb 4 - Mar 11)
- Colorful Women Group (Feb 5 - Mar 19)
- Painted Voices: Men of Color Group (Feb 5 - Feb 26)
- New Moms Group (Feb 24 - Apr 14)
Registration is required for all events
