In this active workshop, you will learn how to use routine to consistently tap into three areas of physical fitness (mobility, strength, and endurance) in order to reduce injuries and have a more well-rounded approach to movement. You’ll learn how to access each area within one workout and experience several exercise examples for each of these areas. These exercises are great for beginners or those who don’t work out regularly.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will be able to:

Who should attend?

This workshop is intended for all CU Boulder Staff and Faculty who want to learn and practice in the areas of physical fitness including mobility, strength, and endurance. This active workshop is intended for beginners or those who don’t work out regularly.

Nicole Irlbeck, MS, ATC

Nicole has spent her 20+ year career helping clients move beyond their pain, injuries, illnesses, and physical setbacks to restore strength in their body and soul through movement. As a skilled athletic trainer and transformational health coach, Nicole applies both science-based principles and personal experience to her practice and workshops so that every participant walks away feeling empowered and uplifted to act toward positive change. She received her master's in exercise science and athletic training.
