Maybe you’ve heard this before, or maybe you’ve already adopted that belief. Join Stanley Ly for a frank and self-reflective discussion where we explore the myths of work-life balance, the pitfalls associated with perfectionism, and learn tips for how to incorporate daily balancing measures to fit your unique perception of what work-life balance really looks like.

The Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is dedicated to serving the emotional and psychological needs of the campus community.
