Environmental Design Diverse Scholars (EDDS) offers a limited number of participation scholarships each year to first-generation and historically underrepresented incoming students. Awards are granted one-time, $2,000 per academic year ($1,000/semester). The EDDS scholarship application is included in the campus-wide CU scholarship application.
Eligibility for participation scholarships is determined by:
- Financial need
- Academic performance
- Acceptance and enrollment into the Program in Environmental Design
The program is home to Environmental Design students involved in one or more of the following academic scholarship programs in order to engage students and integrate with campus and community partners to build community, provide a social and academic support system, and foster persistence and retention through a wide array of programming activities. (Note that the various CU LEAD scholarship awards have their own participation requirements.)
In addition to the scholarship, you are invited to participate in the EDDS Program.
