Alison Friedrich

Alison Friedrich (she/her) is a first-year M.A. student in the Communication Department studying Community & Social Interaction. She earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Her work takes an interdisciplinary approach to examining relationships and meaning-making across environmental, political, and social contexts. Her research interests include environmental justice, sustainability, and the roles of politics, religion, and social media in shaping public discourse, identity, and everyday practices.
