Patrick’s research focuses on the health care access and experiences of migrants and displaced peoples. His undergraduate thesis examined the displacement of indigenous Ngäbe communities in Nance del Risco, Panama by the construction of the Chan-75 dam. Patrick’s master’s thesis considered the everyday impacts of COVID-19 pandemic policies on refugees and citizens living in Amman, Jordan. His advisor is Donna Goldstein.
