The Division of Academic Affairs is responsible for meeting the mission of the University of Colorado Boulder to serve as the state’s comprehensive graduate research university with selective admission standards, offering a comprehensive array of undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degree programs. We accomplish that mission through the vision that the University of Colorado Boulder will transform lives in service to a just and sustainable world and through aligning with the university’s institutional priorities.

The first and largest college at the university, and is the intellectual core of the university.

Oversees undergraduate and graduate student enrollment initiatives, objectives and goals with academic and campus partners.
Coordinates faculty development and support, faculty data and impact, and academic program review.
Ensures the quality of graduate education and helps support a diverse graduate student community.
Provides academic support to student-athletes.
Cultivates a collaborative and innovative ecosystem centered on impactful business knowledge, immersive learning and values-based leadership.
Provides confidential mediation and dispute resolution guidance on university-related issues.
Creates global impact in research, innovation, scholarship and creative work.
Offers a supportive community dedicated to preparing educators, scholars, and community leaders alike.
Encompasses resources and services that support student success—where students live, eat, make friends, build professional skills and find help when needed.
Oversees the academic undergraduate experience and collaborates with other units to foster student success.
Supports students, faculty, staff, Coloradans and visiting scholars by providing essential scholarly resources, user-centered services and inclusive and welcoming spaces.
