CU increases enforcement in the University Hill neighborhood
The campus began an increased effort to address community concerns in the University Hill neighborhood. These efforts will continue for the remainder of the semester to help limit noise, large and unsafe gatherings, trash and other code enforcement issues.
Regents approve tuition, fees, compensation adjustments
At its meeting April 8, the CU Board of Regents approved a plan by the campuses that will effectively keep tuition flat again this year, a salary increase and one-time payment for various employee groups and more.

Engineering students invent device for delivering COVID-19 vaccines to rural areas
Meet PortaVax, a portable vaccine carrier that can keep up to 250 vaccine doses cold for several days using insulation and dry ice. Students are still testing the device and tweaking its design, but they say early results are promising.

Dance grad students keep kids moving with virtual classes
When local students began learning remotely because of COVID-19, graduate students in the Department of Theatre & Dance partnered with Boulder Valley School District to help keep kids with a range of learning needs moving and engaged.
