This Friday, Sept. 2, is the annual Rocky Mountain Showdown at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. Our team, our school, and our colors are something we Buffs take great pride in and it is very important for us to represent the Buffs in the best light as we take on the Colorado State Rams.
The city manager and staff will ask the Boulder City Council next week to consider a collaborative plan with the university to develop a new hotel and conference center in the heart of the city. The center will have the potential to help revitalize The Hill commercial district and create a modern gathering place for academics, researchers and the community.

The kickoff for this highly anticipated event is at 6 p.m. and marks the 88th meeting of the CU and CSU teams.

The University of Colorado Student Government and CU Athletics have paired up to make free bus rides available to CU Boulder students going to the CU vs CSU game on Friday, Sept. 2. The buses will board in front of the Coors Events Center beginning at 2 p.m.
