Christian Kull: Acacia Presentation

Have you ever heard of Acacia trees? Christian Kull, a political ecologist and professor at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland, is giving a presentation on the trees’ history, geography and social context. 

CU Night at the Stock Show

Liquid Sky Pretty Lights: The Next Level

Although Pretty Lights hasn’t toured in several years, Fiske's liquid sky engineers will take viewers on a sonic journey through the electronic music of Derek Vincent Smith, who is originally from Colorado.

Pearl Street Buff Meetup

New students are taking a guided tour of Pearl Street. Learn about downtown Boulder’s amazing shops and restaurants. 

La Mamá de mi Mamá

La Mamá de mi Mamácreates a Latinx-centered space that highlights the wisdom of the culture’s music and dance. Enjoy new ways of performativity in Latinx art making. 

Buffs After Dark: Board Games and Breakfast

   7–10 p.m.    UMC 235
Are you hungry? The Center for Student Involvement is serving late-night breakfast food! Attendees will enjoy their meal while playing card and board games.

Men’s basketball vs. Washington State

   4 p.m.    CU Events Center    $30–$78
After taking on the University of Washington, CU is now playing a game against the Washington State University Huskies. Sko Buffs! 

Women of Color Yoga

   11 a.m.–noon    Rec Center
Are you a female or nonbinary person of color? Join this safe and welcoming event to practice yoga. Those participating will go through yoga postures and breathing exercises.
