Goalball

 5–7 p.m.  Rec Center
Try goalball this week and bring a friend! The object of the game is to roll an audible ball over the opponent’s goal line with blindfolds. The game is designed specifically for athletes with a vision impairment but everyone is welcome.

I Love Mondays: Brain Foods and Monday Moods

 2–3 p.m.  UMC, North Dining Room
Connect with other Buffs and start your week right. I Love Mondays highlights different campus departments, student organizations and events to help you become more connected on campus.

Health Huts: Illness Prevention

 2–4 p.m.  SEEC, North Atrium (near the café)
Between finals and fall break, what can you do to prevent yourself from getting sick during this time of year? Stop by to learn about illness prevention strategies and resources if you do get sick.

Taking Care of Your Mental Health

 3–4 p.m.  Zoom
Learn about campus resources for mental health and strategies for taking care of your mental health. You’ll also learn about how Disability Services supports college students with mental health diagnoses. This presentation is open to all students, not only those registered with Disability Services.

Core Leadership Program info session

 7–8 p.m.  UMC 330
Learn how to develop the leader in you with CU GOLD’s Core Leadership Program. Come to this information session about the spring 2022 program where you will practice effective communication, explore personal values and identity and discover the power of group dynamics.

Feel Good Fridays

 12:15–12:45 p.m.  CU Art Museum
Come learn about a work of art and then participate in a related mindfulness practice. Join in the museum galleries in person or virtually via Zoom. The powerful, guided meditation can undo stress, soothe the nervous system and help you feel relaxed and revitalized. All are welcome. Register in advance for virtual attendance.
