This seminar series led by Leslie Blood, PhD, will consist of weekly one-hour sessions to support goal setting, planning and provide a clear understanding of how values should drive goals and habit structures.

- First Year: Build Your Base | Wednesdays 9–10 a.m.
- Second Year: Fuel | Tuesdays 9–10 a.m.
- Third Year: Climb | Mondays 10–11 a.m.
- Fourth Year and Beyond: Belt Buckle | Mondays 9–10 a.m.
