Feel Good Fridays

Take a 30-minute break today and participate in a mindfulness activity. This guided meditation can undo stress, soothe the nervous system and help you feel relaxed and revitalized. All are welcome, and there is no need for past experience with meditation. Registration is required.

Free Friday Power Hour: Cycle

5–6 p.m. Rec Center, Studio 2
Come get your body moving before the weekend and join the Rec Center’s Free Friday Power Hour fitness classes. This results-driven cycling class will provide immediate fitness data through your power console and is designed to provide a positive experience for all fitness levels. You must register to save your spot.

Zero Waste DIY Live: Clothes don’t fit? Turn them into something useful

5–5:30 p.m. Instagram Live
Join the Zero Waste Outreach Team on their Instagram page for a live zero waste DIY life hack that you can add to your daily habits to reduce your environmental impact. Today’s hack is reusing old clothes for other purposes. Don’t forget to follow @cuzerowaste on Instagram and tune in for this event.

Basketball Shoot Around

3:30–6:30 p.m. Rec Center 
Grab a buddy and come shoot some hoops at the Rec Center! Only three people will be allowed per basket. You’ll have your own ball but bring your own if you can. Be sure to register in advance to reserve your spot.

Get lucky with Drag Queen Bingo! Sashay down the runway, bring your friends and win tons of cool prizes! Be sure to come early, as seating is available for the first 45 attendees in each time slot.

TEDxCU 2021: Bounce

In life, we bounce back from hard times and into good ones. We bounce to and from new experiences and remember the old. We use the bounces of our life to tell our stories. Join this year's TEDxCU mainstage event for more.

Takács Quartet: Haydn, Dutilleux, Schubert

4 p.m. Livestream  $40
The Grammy-winning Takács Quartet has moved audiences and sold out halls at CU Boulder for more than three decades and counting. Join for a rare livestreamed concert April 11. The performance will then be available through May 10.
