Feel Good Fridays

Take a 30-minute break today and participate in a mindfulness activity. This guided meditation can undo stress, soothe the nervous system and help you feel relaxed and revitalized. All are welcome, and there is no need for past experience with meditation. Registration is required.

Free Friday Power Hour

4–5 p.m.  Rec Center
Come get your body moving before the weekend and join the Rec Center’s Free Friday Power Hour fitness classes. Today’s class is Hip-Hop Groove, where you’ll combine easy-to-follow hip-hop dance moves with sculpting routines to target your glutes, thighs, abs and arms, all while jamming to the hottest hip-hop music! Don’t forget to register to save your spot.

Zero Waste DIY Live: Upcycled food recipes

5–5:30 p.m. Instagram Live
Join the Zero Waste Outreach Team on their Instagram page for a live zero waste DIY life hack that you can add to your daily habits to reduce your environmental impact. Don’t forget to follow @cuzerowaste on Instagram and tune in for this event.

Community Game Night: Variety games

Come meet new Buffs and enjoy a night full of games with the Center for Student Involvement. Leave your camera on or off and play different styles of games that include party, conversation, tabletop and more. Better yet, you’ll be competing for awesome prizes! Program Council Film Series: Spring Breakers

Bring your popcorn, grab a friend and come watch Spring Breakers. The movie is about four college girls who get arrested during their spring break, only to be bailed out by a drug and arms dealer.

Inclusive Rec: Virtual 10K Benefiting the CU Rec You Belong Here Campaign

Go run, walk or jog anywhere you want and be part of this 10K virtual race! You can run on a trail or on a treadmill—the choice is yours! All miles need to be completed by the end of the day March 28. All proceeds will benefit the CU Recreation Services You Belong Here Fund.

Buffs After Dark: Build your own stuffed animal

7–9 p.m.  UMC North Dining Room
Have you ever built your own stuffed bear? Well this is kind of like that, but instead you get to choose a unique stuffed animal! No experience necessary. Learn more about Buffs After Dark.

Basketball Shoot Around

3:30–6:30 p.m.  Rec Center 
Grab a buddy and come shoot some hoops at the Rec Center! Only three people will be allowed per basket. You’ll have your own ball, but bring your own if you can. Be sure to register in advance to reserve your spot.
